Upgrade recommendation - the app should let people scan the back label as well as the front. Nowadays the labels can be very big and can't capture both left and right side fully either. so panoramic scanning is also helpful if the app can accommodate. the app also won't recognize a lot of non western wines. when the label has Chinese or Japanese characters, it sometimes tells me this isn't a wine 🤦

I loved when this app was free. I wish they would go back to it. I also always want a price when I scan. Even if you don't sell it, put an average price down for it. Even though they started charging for this app I still use it as my number 1 source for wine. It is quick, simple and loaded with information....even when they don't show a price.

Potential but plagued by support issues. If you pay for an app, and that is the case here, I subscribed to the premium version, then you should expect at least a minimum level of support to be available. Instead, the chat bot is completely useless unless it's about a wine order. Im having a lot of trouble with the "wine adventures" part, which is a premium service and I cant talk to anyone or email anyone to help me as the bot doesn't understand anything beyond absolute basics. Disappointing.

What’s new
The newest version of the app allows you to control your Followers list even more so you can stay safe while using Vivino. You can prevent unwanted users from following you and seeing your profile, as well as manage blocked users from your settings. As always, if you have any feedback or suggestions, please let us know.
